Once upon a time there was a kid who was so scared that he was never a kid. At 54, the world is new, and I feel like I have a chance to challenge everyone with love and childlike fun every day with every interaction, and it's working like a charm. Not quite as well as if I wuz as cute at a kiten or puppy, but it's working for me today. I'm happy. Are you happy? Peace...Steve
I am most certainly happy, Steve Alexander. There are so many things on this planet to be thankful for yet I brush them under the carpet every single day. I know what it's like to not have a childhood but yet I see a lighter side of the spectrum. Growing up not being a kid gave me the ability to be aware; to take in what was going on in my surroundings. I was able to watch and observe the adults and I often questioned their motives. This is probably why I am the way I am today. Quite frankly, that's one thing that I always tend to tuck away in the lost realm. :)
